这个区只干一件事：让白金用户互换信用卡 referral 链接。规则四条，先读再发。

1. 只准信用卡 referral。返现平台、羊毛平台、任何拉新注册类链接（Rakuten、Great Canadian Rebates 之类）一律删。
2. 一人一链。同一张卡每人只挂一条，发别人的链接算违规。
3. 回复发出7天后自动删除，不另行通知；还想挂就重新发一条。
4. 门槛是白金。没到的先攒，这里不接受申请。

怎么发：在本区对应的主题下回复，一条回复只放一条链接，注明用这个链接注册可以拿到的新开卡奖励。别的板块发 referral 直接删。
